The West Midlands Green Party currently has 10 elected Greens on
District, Town and Parish Councils across the region, and we are working towards getting more Greens elected to all levels of government so that our policies for a sustainable future can be put into action. In the
2007 local elections we stood 201 candidates (covering 20% of all seats) in
22 local authorities in the
West Midlands, and we are aiming for an even bigger number of candidates in
2008. Why not join us and help to turn your area Green?
